Eastern Iowa Youth Bass fishing club
For more than a decade, Eastern Iowa Bassmasters has been a beacon for youth bass fishing enthusiasts in the Cedar Rapids area. As a non-profit club, we welcome young anglers aged 10 through high school seniors who aspire to take their fishing skills to the next level. As an official B.A.S.S. club and a youth division of Iowa B.A.S.S. Nation, our members are eligible to compete at the B.A.S.S. state and national tournaments.
Our competitive tournament season kicks off in April, with monthly tournaments through October. Additionally, we hold monthly meetings dedicated to conservation, community involvement, and educating our members about the intricacies of bass fishing.
We take immense pride in our club, as many of our anglers have progressed to the National B.A.S.S. competition and collegiate fishing teams. Thanks to our incredible sponsors, we award trophies and prizes at every tournament, and the team enjoys a well-deserved lunch after their time on the water. As we look ahead to the 2025 season, we are excited to see what new members, and big bass, are to come!
Eastern Iowa Bassmasters is an established non-profit youth fishing club for ages 10 through high school seniors, focused on sportsmanship, teamwork, conservation, and community involvement. Our club relies solely on donations to cover expenses like tournament fees, jerseys, trophies, supplies, and prizes. This year, as we aim to grow, we hope to expand efforts like hosting pizza nights, offering more prizes, and increasing community engagement. Your support for our 2025 season, in any amount, will make a big difference in helping us achieve these goals. Thank you for considering sponsorship of Eastern Iowa Bassmasters youth club.
